All refund or membership cancellation requests must be emailed to Michael at for consideration. Typical response time is within 2-3 business days.


Per Use Billing:

For Personal One-on-One training services and Massage therapy, the date of request must be 2 business days before the intended service date.


Monthly Billing:

For Private Group Training clients, the date of request must be 15 days before the end of the month for the next month’s training.

For Online Training clients, the date of request must be 14 business days before the beginning of the next month.

For merchandise purchases including Protein bites and Supplements, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
